1. Is the chiropractor you are referring me to a registered chiropractor?

   Yes. All our chiropractors are registered with the relevant Chiropractors Registrations Board in their state. Our chiropractors have to apply for re-registration every year and meet the registration board requirements.

2. What qualifications do the Chiropractors have?

   In Australia, Chiropractors are required to complete five years of full time study, comprising a double degree or a 3-year Bachelor degree inHealth Science and 2-year Masters of Chiropractic. 

   The study is based around physics, chemistry and biology with all the elements of health science - including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, and radiography, as well as providing a comprehensive chiropractic knowledge and practical skill base.

   Chiropractors are considered Primary Health Care Providers by the Australian Goverment.

3. What do I do If I don't like the Chiropractor that I am referred to?

   Our Chiropractors are selected based on their high level of skill and good standing.  If however, for some reason, you decide after your first visit, that you would prefer to see another Chiropractor, then we will refer you to another Chiropractor at no additional cost.  Please contact us and we will arrange a new referral. Please remember that the new chiropractor will have to do a full examination and report before care can begin.

Voucher

1. How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?

   If you are not satisfied with the Chiropractor because they were not able to answer your questions nor point you in the right direction, or even if you didn't like them for any other personal reason, then we will happily refer you to another Chiropractor at no charge.

   Please Note: The satisfaction guarantee does not apply if you demanded treatment on your first visit, without examination, and the Chiropractor refused.  In Australia, it is against the Law to treat a patient without first doing a specific patient history and relevant examination and your full concent of care.

2. How long is my voucher valid for?

   Your voucher is valid for 2 weeks from the time you download it.

3. Why the discount? Am I getting quality service?

   This is a community outreach program put together by Chiropractors to help people just like you take the first step towards better heath, without drugs or surgery. 

   You receive the highest quality of service at a fraction of the cost.

   No!   You get a free voucher and have no obligation to continue care.

5. How do I get the voucher?

   Simply select a Chiropractor and then click on "Get Voucher", complete the form and we will send you a verification link.  Click the link and the voucher is yours!

6. How does it work?

   Simple really - just a like a gift voucher! The Chiropractor will take the value of the voucher off the the cost of their first bill to you.

   Note:  This voucher is only valid for new patients to that Chiropractor and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
